Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
- The below policy applies to purchases made through the official website.
- We currently offer exchanges for eligible orders only.
- We do not offer standard refunds or returns for sizing, fit, preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
- Refunds are only applicable in eligible cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items (subject to review and approval).
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original tags and packaging intact. - Non-Exchangeable Items: Products with stains, signs of wear, alterations, damage, or any scent (including perfume, detergent, etc.) will not be accepted.
- Only authorised exchanges will be processed. Any unauthorised returns will be refused, and customers will be required to arrange collection of their items.
EXCHANGES (OUR STANDARD POLICY)
To request an exchange, please email everywear@talentless.media and provide your order details along with the reason for the exchange.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a courier pickup from your provided address within 2–3 working days. Please notify us of any address changes while placing the request.
After the item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, the exchange will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Applicable return shipping charges may apply to exchanges.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for sizing, fit, or preference-based purchases.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours at everywear@talentless.media with your order number and clear images of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 4–7 working days after the item is received at our facility and passes inspection.
In select circumstances, refund exceptions may be made solely at everywear’s discretion. Applicable shipping charges may be deducted where relevant.
